Expert Witness

Much of a Building Surveyor's work involves dealing with legislation that affects property and its development.  We can provide advice to owners, occupiers or developers on the effects of property legislation and contracts, and how best to comply with it.  Through our experience we are able to offer expert advice where there are legal disputes regarding property.
