Harmful Materials

We do not carry out asbestos surveys but during the course of our surveys we will warn you if we are concerned that such materials exist. 

Harmful materials are not of course limited to asbestos but also concrete, lead and other deleterious materials. 

We will advise you on the effect of such materials being present in buildings and can organise tests if we think they are necessary.
