Project Management

On large projects that require a full design team, it is often the case that a manager is required to control the whole scheme. We have experience in this role.

Our role as designers and contract administrators on small projects gives an advantage in that we are familiar with the functions of other members of the team. As project managers we control cost, programme and quality.
