Residential Block Management

We currently manage approximately 20 long leasehold blocks of flats of varying sizes with an approximate total of 200 residential flats, many of which we have dealt with for over 25 years.

As we are predominantly a Building Surveying practice the surveyors are on hand to give advice on maintenance and repair matters. Congreve Horner have been successfully managing many different kinds of properties for more than 30 years.
