Building Maintenance

Where you need help in dealing with repair and maintenance that you know or have been advised is required we can assess the extent of the works required, specify them, obtain quotations and oversee them. Such works consist of external decoration, re-pointing brickwork, replacement windows, stabilising movement in walls, re-covering roofs etc.

In our capacity as managing agents, we look after the regular maintenance of a portfolio of blocks of flats.
