Most property owners might think that they need an Architect to design new buildings or alterations to existing buildings.  Not only do we have experience in doing this type of work but equally important is the ability to specify and oversee the work.  We have years of experience in designing and constructing small scale developments and obtaining the necessary consents from local authorities.
