New Build

Many people think that designing and constructing new buildings is the preserve of architects and we would agree when it comes to large developments such as retail parks, office blocks, hospitals etc.  However, we as building surveyors are equally capable of designing individual houses, annexes and infill developments etc. 
We do not have a generic style and can design to suit the location and the clients’ personal preferences.
