Record of Condition

If you are taking a lease on a property which requires you to maintain it and return it to the landlord in the same or in good tenantable condition, we can prepare a record of the existing condition which can often be incorporated into the lease so that your liability is limited.

This is also useful if you are planning to carry out works where there is a risk of damage to adjoining properties. (See also party wall section).
