Refurbishment

Quite often people buy a dilapidated or run down property with a view to refurbishing it and perhaps altering it slightly. They think this is relatively straightforward. However, this is not always the case.

We can ensure that the work is carried out to a good standard, the correct materials are used and costs are controlled. This can avoid disputes with the builder, conflicts with Planning and Building Control Authorities and cost and time overruns. Litigation which is very expensive can be avoided.
