Reinstatement Valuations

There are different levels of such valuations. The simplest is based on the net floor area. A rate provided by the Building Cost Information Service of the RICS is applied having made adjustments for any special features and the location of the building. A step up from this is an elemental valuation. We can prepare both forms of valuation.
